    • COURSE DESCRIPTION: This conference is an annual course for ophthalmologists and optometrists offered by Retina Vitreous and Joint-Sponsored by Good Samaritan Hospital. It reviews many of the common and some uncommon vitreoretinal diseases seen in general and subspecialty ophthalmic practices. It also provides new and established information concerning the diagnosis and treatment of these varied vitreoretinal diseases deemed necessary for continuing education for Ophthalmology and Optometry.
    • COURSE OBJECTIVES: At the conclusion of this symposium, participants will be able to describe the pathophysiological factors associated with a wide spectrum of vitreoretinal diseases, recognize current options available to manage the above pathology, and discuses the status of research and current recommendations concerning the vitreoretinal pathology in the United States and the world.
